last week bexie and i took the afternoon "off" to do a hike on their property up to a giant kauri tree that you can see in the distance from their valley... the trek took us across the river (several times), up hills, around in circles and to the GIANT kauri tree with a fantastic view. the pups had to wear their muzzles because there is possum control and baiting set out in the area... and that's bad news for puppies that might eat it.
