osmond trivia night

so, i missed my wednesday nights pub trivia. i decided that we should have a wednesday night trivia here on the farm - and made everyone else go with it... we had our first farm trivia night on wednesday with suzie and alistair as the moderators and the wwoofers as the players. each wwoofer had to submit 2 questions, one about themselves and one about their native country, and then suzie and alistair made up the rest (about the farm or new zealand). we had so much fun that we decided to do it again on friday with al's parents (the adorable ron (94) and beryle (90)). THEY had so much fun that we did it again this friday... and now it is likely to be a friday dinner tradition. we break into two teams and al plays the judge and there are questions from wwoofers about things they've learned or observed on the farm (or about al and suzie), things from their native country and al and suzie bring up questions about new zealand geography, sports, maori culture, etc. winners get CHOCOLATE!
